Core Disassembly and Condition Evaluation
We induction test, then meticulously disassemble the core engine to conduct a thorough condition evaluation to identify any issues and determine the best repair or overhaul approach, aligned with your goals.
Module Disassembly and Component Inspection
Modules are carefully disassembled further, to a component level. Components are inspected visually and dimensionally, including non-destructive testing methods to find defects.
Repair & Replace
Components are expertly repaired in-house or with our repair partners. Consumables and parts beyond repair are replaced through our broad supplier network, ensuring high-quality parts and restoration.
Assemble and Test
The engine is meticulously reassembled, machined to specified clearance, and balanced using single plane and dynamic methods. The engine is performance-tested to ensure onsite operation before dispatch to your location, with detailed overhaul and test reports.
