Dane Balle

Dane Balle began his career at the age of 17 with Air New Zealand as an LM2500 gas turbine overhaul apprentice, where he gained a solid foundation in the inner workings of gas turbines. Building on this experience, Dane worked with General Electric & Solar Turbines in the Field Services & Fleet Management departments, then worked for a Tier 1 oil & gas operator as a Maintenance Planner & Outage Supervisor.

After positions with OEMs and Operators, he believed there needed to be more independent service providers in a monopolised gas turbine market. In January 2018, Dane founded Rotation Solutions, a gas turbine field service provider. Through his dedication and hard work as a technician, business manager, and entrepreneur, he transformed the company from a local field service business in Western Australia into a multinational company. Today, Rotation Group Ltd. offers field service, engineering, overhaul, and component repair services with facilities on both sides of the globe.

Dane is extremely passionate about creating solutions to customer problems in the marine and industrial gas turbine space. His tireless efforts throughout his career have built a business capable of delivering these solutions at scale. The results for his customers speak for themselves.
