Travis Saunders

Field Services and Engineering of gas turbines and driven equipment is where Travis Saunders excels. A mechanical engineer by training, Travis has held a range of roles with major OEMs such as Siemens as well as with independent service providers. He brings a deep passion for three things: quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and building strong technical capability within his team.

Since joining Rotation Group more than four years ago, Travis has progressed from Rotating Equipment Field Specialist to Technical Lead, with operational roles in between—contributing significantly to the growth and maturity of our service offering. Alongside other team members, Travis has been instrumental in developing and strengthening the team that underpins our field service capability today.

Now serving as Operations Manager – Australia, Travis leads all Australian operations, ensuring high-quality project execution, operational discipline, and the continued development of our engineers and field technicians. While stepping into a broader leadership role, he remains hands‑on in supporting field delivery and continues to collaborate closely with our global service and overhaul teams to ensure collaboration across the global organisation.
